On booking, your contract with Yuva/Faralya is through VegiVentures, a trading name of Nigel Walker, Castle Cottage, Castle Acre, Norfolk PE32 2AJ, UK.

1. Please read these conditions carefully. On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will accept your booking subject to the terms and conditions herein.
2. The contract for the ground arrangements of this holiday is with VegiVentures. The contract for the flights is with an ATOL licensed agent of your choice.
3. Payment: A deposit of £100 per person per week is required to confirm a booking. On receipt of your booking we shall invoice you for the balance. This is due 9 weeks before departure. The full amount is due, if booking within 9 weeks. It is important to check the details on the invoice when you get it. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately. Payment is by card, cheque or bank transfer to VegiVentures.
4. Travel insurance is compulsory. On the booking form below we require the name of your insurance company and the policy number. Your policy must fully cover you in case of illness or accident and for repatriation. You must be covered for emergency medical and travel expenses in Turkey. On most travel insurance policies scuba diving, paragliding, parascending, white water rafting and other “hazardous activities” are not covered. These activities are not available at Yuva or the Faralya Hotel. They may be booked separately in a local resort. It should be understood that participation in hazardous activities is at the individual's own risk and it is your own responsibility to obtain the relevant insurance. VegiVentures does not sell insurance, but we can recommend a reliable and competitive insurer.
5. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel this holiday, we shall refund all holiday costs paid. We will not cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks in advance of the start date, except for reasons of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the con - sequences of which could not have been avoided, even if all due care had been exercised.
6. We guarantee that once you have booked and paid for your holiday in full, the price will not be changed.
7. In accordance with EU law VegiVentures holds all client monies for this tour in a trustee account until after completion of the tour.
8. Whilst it is unlikely that we shall have to make changes to this holiday, we reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall inform you if this is necessary, and we shall provide alternative services of equal or superior quality. If we are unable to provide suitable alternative service of equal or superior quality, or if the changes are significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund of monies paid under the contract.
9. If after departure we are unable to provide a significant proportion of the services we had agreed to provide as part of our contract with you, we will do our very best to make suitable alternative arrangements.
10. Complaints: In the event of any serious complaint, please inform us immediately. We will give you such reasonable help as we can in resolving it straight away. If you still have a complaint after returning home, you should contact VegiVentures immediately, and not later than 28 days of returning home.
11. Parents and legal guardians are at all times responsible for the safety and welfare of their children.
12. Whoever signs the booking form, does so on behalf of their whole party.
13. If you cancel your holiday please do so in writing. If you are prevented from travelling, and have paid in full, you may transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions, providing you give us notice of the request at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, we shall retain as much of the deposit and other payment as is needed to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by withdrawal. Cancellations are normally payable as follows:
