Simple nutritious vegetarian and vegan food

Simple, healthy food is at the centre of our philosophy. Our menus are drawn from Turkey’s rich culinary traditions and centuries-old village food preparation methods. The dining area is a covered terrace, with views of the sea.

We serve village-style vegetarian and vegan meals, using many local organic ingredients. Turkey is famous for its range of vegetarian fare. Mercimek corbasi thick red lentil soup is a favourite. Meze is the collective name given to a wide range of small dishes, i.e. biber dolmasi green peppers stuffed with rice raisins and pine nuts, sigara boregi cheese filled pastry rolls, imam bayildi baked stuffed aubergine. Holidays include either half board (breakfast and dinner every day) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Extra food and snacks are available to order. A vegan option is available on request. Many meat eaters enjoy our delicious food (you can always ‘top-up’ your diet in Ölüdeniz or Fethiye). A typical Turkish breakfast at Yuva consists of: home-baked breads, tahini, bulghur porridge, local mountain honey, yoghurt, fresh fruit, homemade jam, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, tea or herb tea.

Most holidays include full-board: breakfast and dinner every day, and lunch or packed lunch on 5 days. On half-board weeks breakfast and dinner every day are included in the price. Spring water and teas are served free with meals. Other drinks are not included and are available to purchase, prices are reasonable. Lunches are available to order and cost about £6.
